If a case fell within the jurisdiction of both the Qazi-i-Askar and the city Qazi , the latter had prior right to try the case , unless authorised otherwise . यदि कोई मामला काजी-ए-अस्कर और नगर काजी दोनों की अधिकारिता में आता था तो , यदि अन्यथा आदेश न दिया जाए , ऐसे मामले की सुनवाई करने का अधिकार नगर काजी को होता था .

The Administrative Tribunals Act 1985 takes away the jurisdiction of a civil court to entertain a suit and of the High Court to entertain a petition under Article 226 -LRB- or Article 227 -RRB- as regards matters which now come within the jurisdiction of the said tribunal . जो मामले अब उक़्त अधिकरण की अधिकारिता में हैं , उनके विषय में प्रशासनिक अधिकरण अधिनियम 1985 ने सिविल न्यायालयों की वाद ग्रहण करने की और अनुच्छेद 226 ( या अनुच्छेद 227 ) के अधीन याचिका ग्रहण करने की उच्च न्यायालय की अधिकारिता समाप्त कर दी है .
